He later served as Executive Head Butler at the Embassy of the United States of America in Germany, where he received an official .

In 2025, after more than a quarter century of leadership and service, Mr. Wennekes retired as Chairman of the Board, leaving behind an institution that continues to set international standards for excellence in private service.
